Opinion: A faculty’s response to online education
In the past year and a half, the structure of syllabus delivery by a teacher has changed drastically along with everything else that has transformed for everyone everywhere. Whether we are speaking of school teachers, junior college professors, or faculties of MBA and PGDM colleges, the reality remains that online teaching and leveraging educational technology has been a tough assessment. And while the curriculum may most typically be running smoothly, it will never seem the same as in-person learning.
There are both pros, as well as cons, to the online mode of education. When it comes to pursuing specialty courses, like MBA or PGDM in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, or any other city, the program demands extensive time and hard work, which working professionals find tough to dedicate.
